About order cancellation
Please cancel the order at any time before we ship.
Order timeout and non-delivery
Within the Earth (except for aliens), if our order is not delivered or lost for more than two months, we can refund in full.
If the delivery failure is caused by the customer's own fault, such as the recipient filling in the wrong delivery address or the recipient's own refusal to accept the delivery, we will not provide any refund or return or other compensation.
Product quality issues
Normally, our pure handicraft products are shipped after strict quality inspections. If the product is damaged due to improper use by the customer, we will not provide any compensation. On the contrary, if the product quality problem is caused by accidents or transportation reasons, please communicate with us in advance and we can refund in full.
